At the core of the lawfare claims against me, President Trump and other defendants is that through various means we were engaged in “election interference” in the 2020 presidential election.
One thing you can count on when the left makes serious allegations against a conservative is that what they falsely accuse us of doing is what they themselves are actually doing.

And that is the case with allegations of elections interference. To wit:
- They sued to get a Socialist candidate removed from the ballot in Pennsylvania for the very same reason.
- They got officials in two states to throw Donald Trump off the 2024 ballot. It took a unanimous decision of the US Supreme Court to put them in their place and restore Mr. Trump back on the ballot.
- They conspired to keep RFK, Jr. off any Democrat primary ballots when he wanted to directly challenge incumbent Joe Biden. Then, when he became an Independent candidate, they filed multiple lawsuits in numerous states to deny him ballot access.
- Ironically, now that Kennedy has suspended his campaign and endorsed Donald Trump, the Democrats are suing to keep him ON ballots so that some of his supporters don’t move over to Trump.
- The Democrats are suing in two states to deny ballot access to Green Party nominee Jill Stein. They blame Stein for costing Hillary Clinton the presidency in 2016 and fear she will take votes from Kamala Harris this year.
- They sued to keep independent candidate Cornell West off the ballot in Michigan for a similar reason – they think he will take votes from Harris.
- The lawfare radicals have cost me over $1 million in legal defense costs so far and I’m looking at having to spend at least $2 million more going forward.
Even as the Democrats’ manipulation of the democratic elections process in the name of “saving Democracy” unfolds in 2024, the remnants of their election interference efforts in 2020 continue to haunt the nation – and haunt me as well.
The Democrats tried to set a perjury trap for me in their partisan J6 Committee in the House. They’ve indicted me in Georgia and Arizona. They got a judge to recommend my disbarment in my home state of California and made my law license inactive while I appeal the outrageous recommendation, and are trying to get me disbarred before the US Supreme Court. They’ve put a target on my back in Jack Smith’s case against Mr. Trump. And they are threatening me with prison terms that effectively would mean a life sentence.
The only way to stop the lawfare radicals is to beat them in court, and that’s what I intend to do. But I can’t do it alone. I ask for your financial support of my legal defense fund today.
The extent to which the Democrats went to illegally rig the 2020 election in their favor are truly shocking. They violated constitutional provisions left and right. They helped unelected state elections officials claim authority that they didn’t possess. They unilaterally changed the rules as to how ballots would be provided to voters, how they would be collected and how they would be counted.
Let me give you just one example of what I’m talking about.
Wisconsin state law provided that absentee ballots must be personally returned to local clerk offices by the voter casting the ballot. But state elections officials decided to allow for unmanned “drop boxes” and clerks in Democrat counties set up these illegal drop boxes in numerous locations. Then they went even further in heavily Democrat Madison County by holding “Democracy in the Park” events where voters were encouraged to give their ballots to “human drop boxes” – Democrat activists roaming the park harvesting ballots from fellow Democrats.
It’s this type of illegality that I helped President Trump challenge. And it is because I had the courage to help President Trump bring forth challenges that the lawfare radicals launched their assault against me.
I intend to beat them, but doing so won’t be easy and it certainly won’t be cheap.
I’ve already had to expend more than $1 million fighting these lawfare radicals, and I’m looking at needing at least $2 million more to beat them.
