As 2024 comes to an end, I am writing with an urgent end-of-year appeal to support the John Eastman Legal Defense Fund.
There are many positive things on the horizon in my quest to defeat the lawfare left, but taking advantage of them requires funding that at present we don’t have. In fact, my legal defense fund is nearly exhausted.
I am very grateful to the incredible work that my legal team has accomplished throughout 2024.
As you know, the Georgia Court of Appeals has DISQUALIFIED the corrupt Fani Willis and her entire office from prosecuting me, President Trump and the other defendants in Georgia.
Prior to that, my team got the trial judge to drop several counts against me and President Trump.
The despicable and illegally appointed Jack Smith has been forced to resign his position and dropped his federal cases, removing a target from my back.
In Arizona, a hopelessly-conflicted judge was forced to remove himself from the case against me and we’ve exposed a shocking scandal involving leftwing Attorney General Kris Mayes.
And even though we faced incredible bias from the California state Bar judge who has recommended my disbarment, we are in a strong position to overturn her recommendation because of the excellent work of my legal team.

The progress that we made in 2024, while encouraging, did not come cheaply. I have had to raise and expend more than $1.5 million thus far. And if I am to put an end to the attacks against me I will need to raise at least that much again, or even more.
I am hopeful that we can finally defeat the lawfare left in the coming year. While we have a ton of work to do – and a massive hurdle to climb in raising the $1.5 million+ in funds needed to do that work – there is good reason for hope.
The Georgia prosecution should be ended by the state’s Prosecuting Attorneys Council. I can’t see how the state could possibly prosecute Donald Trump in light of the fact that he will be a sitting President, and in view of the US Supreme Court’s immunity ruing earlier this year.
In my case, I am in the same position as Lt. Governor Burt Jones was when the Prosecuting Attorneys Council dismissed Fani Willis’s attempts to prosecute him over his involvement in challenging the 2020 presidential results. They found it was no crime for Jones to have assisted President Trump by becoming an alternate elector. There is no crime in me representing President Trump in that matter, either.

With a new judge in Arizona, we have an opportunity to get that case dismissed as well. First off, I had nothing to do with challenging the 2020 election results in Arizona. I did not even represent President Trump in that state. A new judge in the Arizona case will be able to see this most salient fact, and rule on it.
Second, Arizona’s anti-SLAPP law also makes it clear my case should be dismissed. The recently revealed and scandalous collusion between Kris Mayes’ office and a leftwing lawfare group that has been targeting me (States United Democracy Center) only adds more evidence to support my position. States United has been coaching Mayes for over a year and even wrote a detailed 47-page “prosecution memo” as to how she should target me.
Returning to the California disbarment case, it won’t surprise you I’m sure that the entre case against me was also orchestrated by this same lawfare abuse group – States United Democracy Center. As unfair and biased as they have been in targeting me because of my representation of President Trump, the State Bar prosecutors and judge have been just as biased in pursuing the case against me.
I won’t go into all the points that make my appeal as strong as it is, but suffice to say that we feel good about our chances.
As noted, I’ve already had to raise and spend more than $1.5 million thus far. As 2024 draws to a close, I need to raise at least that much, or more, to continue my defense in 2025.
That is why I humbly but urgently ask for your emergency donation of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, or $1,000 or more to the John Eastman Legal Defense Fund.
Thank you for whatever you can do to help.
Sincerely,
John Eastman
