January 27, 2025 – Georgia On My Mind

As you know, I was indicted in the state of Georgia by the corrupt Fani Willis over my work supporting President Donald Trump to bring forth legitimate questions about the integrity and accuracy of the 2020 presidential election in that state.

Since then, I’ve been forced to spend many hundreds of thousands of dollars defending my good name and reputation while Willis has put on a shameful display of unethical conduct.

She paid her lover, Special Counsel Nathan Wade, over $700,000 in fees to bring me and the others down, all while taking lavish trips and cavorting with him.

Meanwhile, she’s trying to put me in prison for decades for lawfully representing President Trump.

The Georgia Appeals Court has removed Willis from prosecuting the case and right now I am left twisting in the wind. If Willis gets the Georgia Supreme Court to intercede and restore her to this case, I’ll be back in her cross-hairs. And if they don’t, the odds are good that a new leftwing prosecutor from metro Atlanta will take over.

Either way, I remain very much in jeopardy in Georgia.

My legal defense fund has been nearly depleted and it’s critically important that I restore it to health right away.  If and when the Georgia prosecution kicks back into high gear, I will need funds in our account to immediately deal with the situation. I’m urgently asking you to step forward with a generous donation today to the John Eastman Legal Defense Fund.

Of course, Georgia is not the only thing on my mind. I’m in the midst of heated battles in Arizona and California to protect my livelihood and liberty.

In Arizona, a new judge has been assigned to the case and my team is preparing for a status conference before him this week. I expect that there will be formal hearings upcoming where the judge will hear arguments on various motions that are pending – including our powerful motion to dismiss the case.

Meanwhile in California, the appellate division of the California State Bar has pushed back hearing my appeal of the trial judge’s recommendation of disbarment. No explanation was given for the delay. The hearing is now set for March 19th. My team has filed several powerful and persuasive briefs detailing why the disbarment recommendation should be overturned, including obvious bias and numerous prejudicial rulings by the judge.

All in all, I’ve been forced to raise and expend well over $1.5 million in legal bills as a result of the lawfare assault I’ve had to endure. I’m looking at having to raise at least another $1.5 million, and very possibly more, in order to prevail in these three outstanding cases.

I humbly hope and pray that you are able to make a donation today to my legal defense fund of $25$50$100$250 or $500 or more.

Thank you for whatever you can do as my fate hangs in the balance in these three states.

Sincerely,

John Eastman
