The California Supreme Court has done the unthinkable, ordering my disbarment from the practice of law. They didn’t even bother to discuss the serious violations of my rights by the State Bar during its outrageous, lawfare-induced disciplinary process.
This is TDS to the extreme. I have directed my legal team to begin an appeal to the United States Supreme Court, but I need your help right now.

We have many federal constitutional issues that we will bring to SCOTUS in our appeal. It was the longest and most expensive disciplinary trial in California State Bar history. It also was the most unfair. The Bar judge and prosecutors willfully and wantonly denied my rights to free speech, due process and a fair trial. The state Supreme Court has now turned a blind eye to those violations.
I will detail all the violations of my federal constitutional rights in a subsequent email – it will be a long email because the violations were pervasive from the beginning of the disciplinary process to its ugly conclusion.
But right now, I must work with my legal team to get our appeal in the works. For that I must ask for your help.

I am disappointed by the decision of the California Supreme Court but not surprised by it. After all, this is California – a one-party state. All but one member of the state Supreme Court are Democrats appointed by Democrat governors. All of these Governors, including Gavin Newsom, hate Donald Trump. Their appointees obviously do as well.
Though disappointed, I am not defeated. This battle is about more than me. This lawfare threatens to destroy the rule of law in this country and we need to stop it.
