Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes is doing everything in her power to cancel my ability to confront her in court. She’s pursuing a “Special Action” appellate procedure in the hopes of shielding her lawfare prosecution of me from public scrutiny.
What is she hiding?
I know! And I am going to fight her latest move to keep her phony prosecution intact. But if I am to win and EXPOSE Kris Mayes’s partisan lawfare hatchet job, I will need your help.

At a minimum, Mayes’s “Special Action” procedure in the state Appellate Court gives her a chance to further bleed me dry of defense costs and cause a lengthy delay in having to answer in court for her partisan and improper motivations in bringing this prosecution.
It’s a last minute move designed to wipe out the HUGE victory my legal team recently won in court where the Arizona trial judge ruled I had presented prima facia evidence that Attorney General Mayes has pursued this prosecution in violation of my fundamental First Amendment rights and in violation of the state’s anti-SLAPP statute.
Mayes is DESPERATE to avoid the truth of her despicable conduct being exposed in court.
Here’s what she is hiding:
My legal team has uncovered EVIDENCE that Mayes and her office are pursing this prosecution in COLLUSION with an outside, anti-Trump lawfare group. This group even wrote a “Prosecution Memo” that is serving as a Campaign Plan to put me in prison even though I did NOT even represent President Trump in Arzona.
And GET THIS: The radical lawfare group colluding with Mayes in Arizona is the SAME lawfare group that filed the complaint against me in California seeking to forever bar me from the practice of law.
Mayes does not want this scandal coming out in court so she’s trying to get the Appellate Court to let her avoid having to answer for her outrageous prosecution.

Mayes knows that my team is primed to shine the light of truth on her despicable, entirely political prosecution of me. This includes forcing her to comply with discovery demands that will reveal internal communications between Mayes and her fellow prosecutors, as well as with her Chief of Staff and her political advisers and campaign staff.
Bringing her political scheming and collusion out in public in open court will make it crystal clear that this prosecution of me is illegal and violates the Arizona anti-SLAPP stature and my fundamental rights under the First Amendment.
I’ve already had to raise and expend well over $1.5 MILLION so far defending against the lawfare attacks I have faced in three states, including in Arizona thanks to Kris Mayes.
