I’ve talked before about the extraordinary work my legal team is doing to not only defend my good name and reputation, but to defeat the entire lawfare left as they seek to punish anyone associated with helping Donald Trump raise concerns about election integrity.

I am pleased to report that “Round Two” in defeating the lawfare assault against me before the California State Bar is now underway.

We have filed our opening brief challenging the outrageous recommendation that I be disbarred from the practice of law following what I believe to be the longest and most expensive Bar hearing process in California history.

My legal team and I have won a big victory in Georgia, one that shows the power and importance of the legal defense we have been able to mount.

Federal Special Counsel Jack Smith – who was illegally appointed – has obtained his second indictment of former President Donald Trump in Washington DC. In the process, he’s once again put a target on me as well.

I’ve written before that the lawfare prosecution of me in Arizona by state Attorney General Kris Mayes is an outrageous abuse of the law, one pursued entirely for political purposes. I fear that it just got more so.

At the core of the lawfare claims against me, President Trump and other defendants is that through various means we were engaged in “election interference” in the 2020 presidential election.

The lawfare left wants me off the field. No longer able to fight for conservative causes and the Constitution.

The lawfare left has viciously assaulted me for one reason – as Donald Trump’s top constitutional lawyer during his 2020 election challenges, they want me to surrender to their assault and help them bring down former President Trump.
