December 9, 2024 – Triple threat

This has been quite a year.  While it looks like I am in the clear, finally, from the crosshairs of Jack Smith’s ridiculous prosecution of President Trump, I am still facing a triple threat to my livelihood, freedom and constitutional rights.

Leftwing politics are driving a lawfare assault which is at the root of every legal challenge I am facing. I need the support of people of good will to fight back.

In California, I was subjected to the longest State Bar trial in history. The length (and cost) of the proceeding was only exceeded by the unfairness of it. State Bar prosecutors objected to virtually every bit of evidence I produced to defend against the charges. My defense team was handcuffed at every turn. Virtually every objection my lawyers made to the antics of the prosecutors was answered – usually within a second or two – with “denied” from the judge.

It’s no wonder that the judge ruled in favor of Bar prosecutors and has recommended my law license be revoked. I am now appealing that outrageous decision.

Before I cover what’s happened in two other states – Georgia and Arizona – I need to let you know that my legal defense fund has been exhausted by the lawfare assault I am facing. I am in urgent need of additional financial support to continue to defend myself. If you are able, please make a generous donation today to support my defense.

Now let’s cover the prosecution in Georgia. You know all about the actions of the disgraced DA, Fani Willis. While paying Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade some $700,000 in fees to prosecute me and President Trump, she was carrying on a sordid affair with Wade. Judge Scott McAfee forced Wade to be removed from the case, but allowed Willis to continue to prosecute me and the other defendants.

The Georgia Court of Appeals is currently reviewing a request from multiple parties to remove Willis from prosecuting the case – which is clearly called for due to the severe nature of her unethical conduct.

But even as we await that ruling, Fani Willis is continuing to come after me – trying to get charges reinstated that Judge McAfee already dismissed so that she can cause more damage to my reputation and cost me countless more in legal fees. Just opposing her craven appeal will cost me tens of thousands of dollars (at a minimum).

Meanwhile, we have the scandal-plagued prosecution of me in Arizona that also has been tainted by multiple examples of misconduct.

First, the judge initially assigned to handle my case was forced to recuse himself when messages he wrote to fellow court personnel came to light showing him to be heavily biased against President Trump and his supporters like me. He even likened Trump supporters to Nazi sympathizers!

On top of that, the partisan Attorney General prosecuting me, Kris Mayes, was caught colluding with a leftwing lawfare group, The 65 Project, hired by the state to prepare a “prosecution memo” for the state to follow targeting the group’s political opponents and many of President Trump’s lawyers and supporters, beginning with me. In fact, I am the first person named in the 47-page memo to AG Kris Mayes’ office after President Trump himself.

Shockingly, this prosecution strategy was pursued with the full cooperation of the Attorney General and she is following it!

These three cases – the triple threat to my livelihood, freedom and constitutional rights – have cost me more than a million and a half dollars thus far in legal fees. All told, I will likely need to raise an additional $1.5 million or more to fend off these prosecutions and disciplinary actions, all caused by radical, partisan, leftwing lawfare groups.

And all because I had the courage to help President Trump to lawfully bring forth challenges to illegalities and irregularities in the 2020 presidential election.

I’m grateful to all those who have supported my legal defense, but our coffers have been exhausted and I urgently need your financial support to continue my defense.

Your gift of $25$50$100$250$500, or $1,000 or more will make a huge difference in helping me put an end to unfair and outrageous prosecutions brought by partisan Democrat prosecutors at the direction of radical lawfare groups. Please give generously.

Thank you for whatever you can do to help.

Sincerely,

John Eastman
