As I have told my story about being victimized by lawfare in several stops in Europe (courtesy of speaking at CPAC events) this much has been made clear to me: many throughout the world are watching to see if the weaponization of the justice system in the US against politically-disfavored people will truly come to an end.
I was hauled by Democrats before a rogue committee in the House, indicted in two states, had my law license inactivated in a third, and made a target of a Special Prosecutor in the Biden Department of [in]Justice.
The assault has cost me over $1.5 million in defense costs, and I will have to raise millions more before I defeat their attacks.
There’s no way that I can fight them by myself. That’s what they are counting on. They want to make the process so painful that its victims are forced to settle or take a plea bargain. This gives them a “win” with which they can use to threaten all their enemies.
Can you step forward with a gift of $25, $50, $100 or even $250 or more? I’d really appreciate it.
I am still fighting, and winning, against the lawfare left and fiercely partisan Democrat prosectors because I have three secret weapons: the truth that I did nothing wrong; the law which is on my side; and you who have stood by me throughout this terrible ordeal.
All of my cases are presently in the appeal stage and I feel very good about all of them.
The recommendation of disbarment in California has already been heard on appeal. A decision is expected this month. I hope and expect that they will overturn the biased judge’s recommendation.
In Arizona, I have won TWO crucial victories in the trial court, either one of which should end the case. The partisan Dem Attorney General, Kris Mayes, is appealing both of her losses because she knows it could be game over for her despicable prosecution. I didn’t even represent President Trump in Arizona!
And in Georgia, the despicable Fani Willis has been removed from the case, but she’s trying to get reinstated. If she remains kicked off permanently, we will have to see if the case is dropped or assigned to another office for prosecution. It SHOULD be dropped.
Because of you, I am still in the game fighting for my livelihood and freedom. But my legal defense fund is nearly exhausted. I urgently need to raise additional resources ASAP.
If you are able, I humbly but urgently ask for your donation today of any amount you can afford, whether it be $25, $50, $100 or even $500 or more.
As people around the world follow my ordeal, I thank you for whatever you can do to help me continue to fight.
Sincerely,
John Eastman
