Next week my legal team will be presenting oral argument in the crucial case brought by the California State Bar – “In The Matter Of John Charles Eastman. CASE NO. SBC-23-O-30029.”
This is the case where a biased Democrat judge is attempting to impose a death sentence on my legal career because I helped President Trump bring forth questions of illegalities and improprieties in the 2020 presidential election.
My defense team is preparing to present a compelling – overwhelming – argument as to why the Democrat-donating judge’s recommendation should be overturned. I urgently need your support for my legal defense fund now more than ever. My career could hang in the balance.
The persecution of me by the California State Bar is one of the most SHAMEFUL episodes in the history of the legal profession in California.
It was launched via a “complaint” (and a press release) by a leftwing lawfare group which exists to destroy lawyers like me who dared to represent President Trump.
The Bar trial itself was the longest and MOST EXPENSIVE in California history. It was also the MOST UNFAIR. Time and again the Democrat judge sided with lawfare-advancing prosecutors in rulings and motions.
Perhaps most unfair and prejudicial of all her rulings, the judge EXCLUDED numerous witnesses I wanted to bring forth in my defense to show that my representation of President Trump was proper, ethically appropriate and honorable.
