My legal team and I are working round the clock so I’ll keep this email short and to the point.
We’ll be in court this week fighting to OVERTURN the recommendation of a biased judge with the California State Bar who is trying to disbar me because I represented President Trump in challenging illegalities and improprieties in the 2020 presidential election.
The hearing is before the Appellate Division of the State Bar and will be the first time when the biased judge won’t be in charge of the courtroom.
We’re been preparing night and day for this hearing and my legal defense fund is exhausted. With the hearing being imminent, I ask for you to make an emergency donation today. My career could hang in the balance.
The California State Bar trial against me was initiated by a leftwing anti-Trump lawfare group bent on ruining anyone who dared help President Trump question the integrity of the 2020 election. It was the longest, most expensive and most UNFAIR trial in the history of the legal profession in California.
If there is any justice in the State Bar, the Appellate Division will overturn the trial judge’s recommendation that I lose my license to practice law. My representation of President Trump was honest, ethical and above board. I zealously protected his interests, as was my ethical duty as a lawyer.

I pray we will win this appeal. But even if we don’t get justice this week, at a minimum we will have established a strong record from which to appeal an adverse ruling to the California State Supreme Court or, if needed, to the US Supreme Court.
This ordeal, and the cases in Georgia and Arizona, have cost me well over $1.5 million thus far, with no end in sight to the expense I will have to bear.
