My legal team and I are heading to court for a crucial hearing during which we will fight to OVERTURN the recommendation of a biased judge with the California State Bar who wants to disbar me because I represented President Trump in challenging illegalities and improprieties in the 2020 presidential election.
The hearing is before the Appellate Division of the State Bar and represents the VERY FIRST time the biased judge won’t be in charge of the courtroom.

If there is any justice in the State Bar, the Appellate Division will overturn the trial judge’s recommendation that I lose my license to practice law. My representation of President Trump was honest, ethical and above board. I zealously protected his interests, as was my ethical duty as a lawyer. The trial against me was completely unfair, and the judge REFUSED to permit several of my witnesses to testify on my behalf.
But win or lose in court with this crucial appellate hearing, my team must be ready to immediately SPRING INTO ACTION just as soon as the hearing is over.
If we prevail, lawfare-enabling Bar prosecutors will try to obfuscate my innocence. And if we don’t prevail, then we need to prepare the record to take up on appeal to the California Supreme Court and, if needed, to the US Supreme Court.
