After a year of delay and drama, I finally got my day in court last week before the California Appellate Division of the California State Bar to fight to overturn the outrageous recommendation of the biased Bar trial judge to disbar me from the practice of law.
I CRUSHED their case against me. If there’s any justice, the Appellate Division will overturn the Democrat-donating judge and bring an end to this outrageous lawfare prosecution.
But I need to make something really clear: we don’t just sit and wait for 90 days for the Appellate Division judges to issue their ruling. Waiting is not winning.
We didn’t wait during the nearly one year between when my California State Bar trial ended last year and the Appellate hearing occurred last week. We PREPARED every possible avenue to attack the unfair trial, anticipating what State Bar lawyers might say, and then we researched, studied and got ready to win the day. That’s why I believe we WILL win.
This undertaking has essentially exhausted my legal defense fund. I’ve expended well more than $1.5 million in defense costs so far, and I am facing millions more before we’ve won this bar trial and defeated the criminal indictments in Georgia and Arizona. I desperately need help to replenish my defense resources so my team has the fuel to continue to prepare, plan and execute our next moves. My career hangs in the balance and my very freedom is at stake. Please help!
Now that the Appellate argument has been completed, we must spring into immediate action to analyze every aspect of what happened and begin preparation for our next steps. The case should come to an end when the judges issue their ruling, but if they end up ruling against me, then we have two paths to appeal – first to the California Supreme Court and then to the US Supreme Court.
Over the next 90 days while the judges work privately on their ruling, we will be working furiously behind the scenes as well. And that work applies to ALL the cases I am facing.

In Arizona, we’ve got Attorney General Kris Mayes on the ropes. She has to respond this week to our successful motion seeking to invoke the state’s anti-SLAPP law that should result in the prosecution being dismissed. Our team has already anticipated her arguments and we’re ready to contest them.
Meanwhile in Georgia, we’re not just waiting to find out if the Georgia Supreme Court will agree that the disgraced Fani Willis and her office must be removed from prosecuting the case against me. We are already preparing for all possible outcomes –including that another partisan Democrat prosecutor might take over to continue the left’s lawfare assault in that state.
With all these cases actively aiming at taking away my freedom and livelihood, and with my legal defense fund nearly exhausted, it’s imperative that I focus attention on replenishing our legal fund’s finances. We have much more work to do before I prevail.
