The ultimate goal of the lawfare leeches who are targeting me is to take away my livelihood and imprison me because I represented President Trump.
But they don’t actually need me disbarred or imprisoned to inflict reputational and financial ruin.
They have made the PROCESS itself so excruciating that just being targeted becomes PENALTY enough.
The lawfare leeches are bleeding me dry.
I just had a great day in court before the California Appellate Division of the California State Bar fighting to overturn the outrageous recommendation of the biased Bar trial judge to disbar me from the practice of law.
I CRUSHED their case against me. But here’s the truth: the lawfare leeches have succeeded in nearly emptying my legal defense fund and putting me in a deep financial hole.
I’ve had to raise and expend over $1.5 MILLION just to get to the point where I could hope to overturn the disbarment recommendation, and that doesn’t count what I need to defeat the pending charges in Arizona and Georgia where Democrat prosecutors want to imprison me.
I desperately need help to replenish my defense resources so my team has the legal lifeblood needed to fend off the lawfare leeches. Please help!
I wish that all my legal defense team had to worry about was the California disbarment fight. But that’s not what we’re dealing with.
Already this week we’re back in court in Arizona fighting an attempt by Attorney General Kris Mayes to evade a court ruling in my favor forcing her to prove that her prosecution against me doesn’t violate the state’s anti-SLAPP statute and my rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution – fundamental rights like freedom of speech and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. Mayes is trying to get the judge to reverse his ruling in my favor. She can just bill taxpayers for her costs. I have to expend significant sums fighting her desperate move – money I don’t have in my legal defense account.
This situation is just what the lawfare leeches live for. Even when we take a step forward as we did in winning the initial phase of our crucial anti-SLAPP motion, they have unlimited resources to force us to bleed more money in order for my defense to stay viable.
