Left-wing activists, lawfare lawyers and many in the media have portrayed my position on birthright citizenship, which mirrors President Trump‘s Executive Order on the issue, as fringe and out of touch.

I was in the Supreme Court for yesterday’s oral argument and it seems clear that “fringe” is not even close to the seriousness with which the justices considered the arguments.

As a prominent constitutional scholar and lawyer, I have strived to ensure that my voice is heard, and respected, by the courts, by the legal community and even by government officials. I have devoted years of dedicated work, research, scholarship and advocacy in the law, which I believe has lifted my reputation to the point where my voice can make a difference as important legal matters are debated and resolved. That’s one of the reasons why the lawfare left want to silence me with their multi-pronged legal assaults against me.

As I have told my story about being victimized by lawfare in several stops in Europe (courtesy of speaking at CPAC events) this much has been made clear to me: many throughout the world are watching to see if the weaponization of the justice system in the US against politically-disfavored people will truly come to an end.

You are familiar with the extraordinary lawfare abuse I have been battling for nearly four years now. Little did I realize – or the radicals who launched the attacks – that my ordeal would become a global symbol to conservatives of what is at stake in the fight for freedom and free speech.

There’s been a MAJOR development in Arizona regarding the biased and partisan Attorney General’s corrupt prosecution of me.

Prosecutors are able to seek an indictment before a grand jury behind closed doors without any input from the accused. But they are REQUIRED to present a neutral, unbiased view of the facts and the law so that the grand jury can make an informed decision whether an indictment is warranted.

The US Supreme Court has heard a crucial case considering whether nationwide injunctions issued by single lower court judges blocking executive orders issued by the President are constitutional.  Activist judges are doing this all over the country on a host of issues.

I have filed a critical brief before the US Supreme Court in one of the most important cases to come before it in years – whether the Constitution automatically grants citizenship to children born on US soil to parents here illegally or temporarily.

It doesn’t, and I have urged the Supreme Court to make that clear in a crucial case set for argument next week.

The disgraced Georgia prosecutor Fani Wills is appealing the decision of the Appellate Court to disqualify her from the prosecution of me, President Trump and other defendants. She’s not going to win, but it’s her legal right to challenge the disqualification ruling against her.

This is a big week for my team as we prepare to file our opposition to Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes’s “Special Action” appellate procedure which she hopes will shield her lawfare prosecution of me from public scrutiny.

Our filing is due on April 25^th and we have been working hard on it for several weeks.
