As you know, I was indicted in the state of Georgia by the corrupt Fani Willis over my work supporting President Donald Trump to bring forth legitimate questions about the integrity and accuracy of the 2020 presidential election in that state.

I write to you from Washington DC where it is my great honor to watch my friend and former client, Donald J. Trump, be sworn in as the 47^th President of the United States.

As all the nation knows, Mr. Trump has pledged to “Make America Great Again.” That laudable objective has many facets to it. One of those facets is to make America JUST again.

I’m sure you know that the Georgia Court of Appeals has removed the disgraced DA Fani Willis (and her office) from prosecuting the case against me, President Trump and others because of her unethical conduct in hiring her lover, Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.

She’s appealing that ruling, but most legal experts believe it will hold. That should be good news for me because it provides an opportunity for the prosecution to be dismissed.

It was my honor to have President Donald Trump attend the world premiere screening of the documentary about the lawfare attacks leveled at me, “The Eastman Dilemma: Lawfare or Justice.”

As I look forward to the new year “unburdened by what has been,”to paraphrase the losing presidential candidate in the last election, my focus is firmly on one objective: defeating the lawfare assault against me.

We have an excellent chance of succeeding, but before we can get to that result, it’s urgent that I replenish my legal defense fund.

My work on behalf of President Trump in 2024 and the subsequent lawfare assault against me has become the stuff of legends. So much so that it is now the subject of an upcoming Hollywood documentary called The Eastman Dilemma: Lawfare or Justice.

As 2024 comes to an end, I am writing with an urgent end-of-year appeal to support the John Eastman Legal Defense Fund.

There are many positive things on the horizon in my quest to defeat the lawfare left, but taking advantage of them requires funding that at present we don’t have. In fact, my legal defense fund is nearly exhausted.

It was June 2021 when then-Representative Liz Cheney colluded with Nancy Pelosi to create the January 6^th Committee in the House with the unstated but express purpose of bringing down Donald Trump.  Just a short while later, it became obvious that they were going to attempt to use me as a weapon to get Trump. It was then when I was forced to create the John Eastman Legal Defense Fund to push back against the lawfare that was being orchestrated against me.

I’m sure you are very familiar with the incredible and sweeping lawfare assault that I have faced over the past couple of years.

Lawfare radicals have targeted me for persecution at the federal level and in three states. They want to strip me of my reputation, my livelihood and my freedom. In short, they want to ruin me and throw me in prison for decades to come.

This has been quite a year.  While it looks like I am in the clear, finally, from the crosshairs of Jack Smith’s ridiculous prosecution of President Trump, I am still facing a triple threat to my livelihood, freedom and constitutional rights.

Leftwing politics are driving a lawfare assault which is at the root of every legal challenge I am facing. I need the support of people of good will to fight back.
