I’ve written before about the extraordinary burden that Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes and the judge initially assigned to my case have caused me and my family.

The entire prosecution is outrageous because I had nothing to do with challenging the 2020 election results in Arizona – I did not represent President Trump in that state.

I’m writing to update you on another shocking scandal emanating from the partisan Arizona Attorney General’s attempt to prosecute me for multiple falsely alleged felonies relating to my representation for President Donald Trump in his efforts in 2020 to raise concerns about irregularities and potential illegalities in that election.

The overwhelming reelection of Donald J. Trump has thrown the prosecutions against him into complete chaos. Already federal prosecutor Jack Smith has paused his efforts and is getting ready to resign his (illegal) appointment before President Trump has the opportunity to fire him. And Alvin Bragg, who wrongly prosecuted Mr. Trump for what amounts to alleged bookkeeping errors, is scrambling to save his case, arguing that Trump’s sentencing can be paused for four years while President Trump carries out the duties of his office.

An article the other day discusses what the author calls “a little sweet revenge” relating to the leaders of the lawfare left that have targeted me and others.

Victoria Taft writes at PJ Media documenting the disgusting lawfare effort that began with me by a group called The 65 Project. She reports it has now morphed into a full-on assault on virtually every lawyer working with former President Trump to assist his reelection campaign.

My outstanding legal team has two extraordinary filings pending before state judges seeking dismissal of all charges against me, former President Trump and other defendants in the states of Georgia and Arizona.

It’s my sincere belief that these two cases should be tossed without delay. They are both entirely political, devoid of merit, and lacking in any constitutional or legal basis.

Fani Willis is the disgraced prosecutor in Georgia whose conduct is currently under review by the courts in Georgia for massive ethics violations. Her prosecution of me, former President Trump and the other defendants has been temporarily paused by the judge while the courts determine whether she should be removed from the case.

I’m pleased to announce that my legal team has filed a critical appeal with the Georgia Supreme Court asking them to put an end to Fani Willis’ shameful prosecution of me. Should we be successful, DA Willis’ case against me and all the indicted defendants, including former President Donald Trump, will come to an end.
